To this effect, one can conclude that interpersonal communication is very important as it helps in building and maintaining relationships, expressing emotions as well as sharing thoughts, ideas and resolving conflicts. The key elements of interpersonal communication include verbal communication, non-verbal communication, listening, feedback, empathy, and conflict resolution making this type of communication a strong pillar of healthy relationships and social interactions.
