Determining where one’s skills and their happiness intersect allows them to make the appropriate career choices that are rewarding and fulfilling. In chapter 11 of their book, Farris & Welch (2015) demonstrate the significance of what one is good at and what they love doing in determining their area of destiny. Throughout my education and pervious career experiences, I find that I am good at leading others to achieve group goals. I have been tasked with leadership responsibilities from when I was young and I find that I am able to develop and promote team objectives.
