When I was younger, I loved going to the library. I would spend hours browsing through the shelves, looking at all of the different books. I loved reading, and I would read anything I could get my hands on. I would read books, magazines, newspapers, anything. I even read the labels on the food in the grocery store. I think that my love of reading comes from my parents. They both loved reading, and they always encouraged me to read. My dad would read to me every night before bed, and my mom would always have a book with her when she was waiting in line or on the bus. They showed me that reading was a fun and enjoyable activity, and I quickly developed a love for it. My parents always encouraged me to write, and they would always praise me for my writing. They would tell me how proud they were of me, and that always made me feel good. I think that my parents' encouragement helped me to develop a love for writing.
