Based on the reading, gun rights have allowed many American have access to guns and their use is over 2.5 million times an year for self protection with over 60% of Americans supporting ban on handguns for people less than 21years among other bans like for mentally unstable, mandatory licensing of gun buyers and the need for background checks.
