Workplace is an escalating problem that lowers workplace morale and negatively affects the capacity of teams to achieve organizational goals. The creation elaborate conflict management strategies was theorized to affect the escalation of bullying in organization. The Norwegian study in the current article investigated the role of conflict management strategies on the capacity of managers to mitigate the escalation of bullying in the workplace. The findings showed that the implementation of strong conflict management strategies acted as a buffer to the escalation of bullying in the workplace. The authors used a large sample to conduct their study to facilitate the application of the results to a greater scope.
