Various HR legislations govern and protect American employees. However, the Civil Rights Act is an interesting and important law as it considers most areas that limit the realization and enjoyment of the American dream for most Americans based on discrimination. All Americans deserve equal opportunities in all areas of life to successfully realize the American dream. However, equality in employment remains hampered by discrimination in relation to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, and disability. For such reasons, many talented American citizens remain wasted throughout their lives or subjected to humiliation in the job-related environment resulting in the involvement of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to ensure justice for all regardless of natural differences.
